Manage restaurant and bar operations at Anantaya Resorts Chilaw, maintaining high service standards and leading F&B service staff. Hotel school graduate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant and bar operations at the resort
• Maintain high service and quality standards
• Lead and motivate food & beverage service staff

Requirements

• Below 40 years of age
• Hotel school graduate or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 2 years experience in hotel industry in the same position
• Preferably from a five-star standard hotel
