Responsibilities
- Develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand
- Manage kitchen operations and ensure timely execution
- Train, schedule, and evaluate kitchen team members
- Inventory management and cost control
- Create and enforce standard operating procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in a similar culinary role
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Knowledge of cooking methods and kitchen equipment
- Pre-opening hotel/restaurant experience preferred
