Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
• Handle customer concerns and ensure high guest satisfaction
• Oversee staff scheduling and performance evaluations
• Control costs and reduce operational waste
• Generate financial reports on revenue and expenses

Requirements

• Prior experience as Restaurant Manager or similar hospitality role
• Demonstrated customer service management background
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge
• Proficiency with restaurant management software
