Responsibilities

• Create and refresh cocktail menus with clear conceptual direction
• Manage beverage costs, margins, and inventory tracking
• Develop standard operating procedures and enforce team compliance
• Provide bar staff training on techniques and service standards
• Coordinate with suppliers for ingredient sourcing

Requirements

• Proven experience as a beverage leader in a hospitality environment
• Strong cocktail creation and cost engineering skills
• Experience managing bar teams and supplier relationships
