- Develop standard operating procedures and enforce team compliance
- Provide bar staff training on techniques and service standards
- Coordinate with suppliers for ingredient sourcing
Requirements
- Proven experience as a beverage leader in a hospitality environment
- Strong cocktail creation and cost engineering skills
- Experience managing bar teams and supplier relationships
