Agricultural Trainee (Male)

About the Role

12-month structured training program covering all aspects of tea agriculture from sapling cultivation to team supervision, with a pathway to Junior Field Manager on successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Nursery management and sapling cultivation
• Field planting and replanting
• Crop maintenance through pruning, weeding, and fertilizing
• Harvesting and quality assurance
• Agricultural software usage
• Team supervision and labour management

Requirements

• 3 A-Levels (within last 2 years preferred)
• Minimum 1 year work experience
• Genuine interest in tea agriculture
• Basic English and IT proficiency
• Male candidates only
