About the Role

Oversee sewing machine maintenance operations at the Thulhiriya plant, ensuring machinery uptime, preventive maintenance schedules, and technical troubleshooting to support production targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage sewing machine maintenance and repair operations
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimise downtime
• Provide technical troubleshooting support on the factory floor
• Coordinate with production team to maintain machinery uptime

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical field
• Significant experience in sewing machine maintenance in apparel manufacturing
• Strong problem-solving and technical leadership skills
