Manager - Garment Technology

About the Role

Lead garment technology functions at the Kandy facility, overseeing technical standards, sample approvals, fitting processes, and team supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee garment technology operations and technical standards
• Manage sample development and customer approval processes
• Supervise garment technologists and pattern makers
• Coordinate fitting sessions and communicate technical feedback to customers
• Ensure production handover meets quality and specification requirements

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Clothing Technology, Apparel Manufacturing, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years in garment technology including managerial experience
• Excellent English communication skills
