Executive - Quality Assurance

About the Role

Conduct quality assurance activities across the production process at the Katunayaka facility, ensuring garments meet customer quality standards and inspection protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor products through production stages and quality checkpoints
• Conduct in-line quality inspections
• Ensure compliance with customer quality and packaging specifications
• Coordinate with production teams on defect resolution
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Clothing Technology, Textile Engineering, or related field
• 2–4 years of QA experience in apparel manufacturing
• Knowledge of AQL standards and inspection procedures
