Roving Quality Controller

About the Role

Monitor and maintain production quality standards across all workstations using AQL-based inspections, track defect rates, and coordinate with auditors and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Set operator standard for each workstation
• Conduct hourly quality checks against AQL standards
• Daily cross-check of bulk garments against approved sample
• Inspect finished garments and coordinate with auditors
• Manage defect tracking targeting less than 3% daily repairs

Requirements

• GCE A/L or Diploma in Clothing Technology or Textile Engineering
• Experience in garment quality control preferred
• Knowledge of AQL standards and inspection procedures
