Quality Manager

About the Role

Lead quality management across the Dehiattakandiya production facility, establishing quality systems, managing inspections, and ensuring output meets customer and export specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance and quality control functions across the factory
• Develop and implement quality management systems and SOPs
• Manage in-line and final inspections to customer specifications
• Conduct risk assessments and corrective action processes
• Prepare quality performance reports for management

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Textile Engineering, Clothing Technology, or related field
• 5+ years in quality management within textile or apparel manufacturing
• Knowledge of ISO quality standards and AQL inspection methods
