IE Manager - Industrial Engineering

About the Role

Manage industrial engineering activities at the Dehiattakandiya factory including work study, capacity planning, SMV analysis, and production efficiency improvement programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial engineering and work study functions at the factory
• Conduct SMV analysis and capacity planning for production scheduling
• Drive lean manufacturing and efficiency improvement initiatives
• Set productivity targets and monitor performance against KPIs
• Provide IE support for new style costing and pre-production activities

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Clothing Technology, or related field
• 5+ years in industrial engineering within apparel or textile manufacturing
• Proficiency in GSD, MOST, or equivalent work measurement systems
