HR Manager

About the Role

Manage comprehensive HR operations, labor law compliance, HRIS, and employee relations for a multi-entity group of companies based in Rajagiriya.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall HR operations and employee lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labor laws and HR best practices
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
• Administer HRIS and payroll systems
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
• 3–5 years HR management experience
• Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• HRIS/payroll system experience (advantageous)
