About the Role
Manage comprehensive HR operations, labor law compliance, HRIS, and employee relations for a multi-entity group of companies based in Rajagiriya.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall HR operations and employee lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labor laws and HR best practices
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
- Administer HRIS and payroll systems
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
- 3–5 years HR management experience
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- HRIS/payroll system experience (advantageous)
