About the Role

Implement performance management systems and deliver strategic HR insights through Power BI dashboards and KPI analytics for a leading state-owned life insurer.

Responsibilities

• Lead Performance Management System (PMS) implementation
• Develop and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Results (KRs)
• Create data-driven dashboards using Power BI
• Provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making

Requirements

• Education qualifications in HRM, Business Administration, or Data Analytics
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills
• Power BI proficiency preferred
