About the Role
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Manager Finance, managing correspondence, meeting coordination, and confidential financial documentation in a leading manufacturer.
Responsibilities
- Manage correspondence and calendar scheduling for Manager Finance
- Prepare meeting agendas and record minutes
- Safeguard confidential financial and legal documents
- Coordinate with internal departments and external institutions
- Assist with financial presentations and compliance documentation
Requirements
- GCE A/L completion
- Secretarial qualification or partial finance/accounting credentials preferred
- 2–3 years minimum experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong English communication skills
- High integrity and attention to detail
