About the Role
Manage all gold pawning operations at the New Kotahena branch while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage all pawning activities at the branch
- Support overall branch operational functions
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of commercial banking experience including branch operations
- Hands-on exposure to pawning services
- Sound knowledge of bank products and services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
