Lead deposit mobilization strategy at Fintrex Finance, managing fixed deposit portfolio growth and building high-net-worth and corporate client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage fixed deposit portfolio in line with company targets
• Drive deposit mobilization campaigns to achieve growth objectives
• Maintain service quality per regulatory standards
• Build and sustain relationships with high-net-worth and corporate clients

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in deposit mobilization within banking or NBFI sector
• At least 2 years at Assistant Manager or Manager level
• Professional qualification in Marketing, Banking or Finance
• Proven track record in achieving deposit growth targets
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks
