Engineering Specialist

About the Role

Manage capital expenditure budgets and end-to-end project coordination, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and support Industrial Engineering activities at a tire manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor capital expenditure budgets aligned with organizational goals
• Coordinate end-to-end project management from planning through handover
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction and efficiency
• Support Industrial Engineering activities including work study and process optimization
• Identify efficiency gaps and recommend data-driven performance solutions

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Engineering with strong Industrial Engineering background
• Minimum 5 years of proven industry experience in manufacturing or operational environments
• CAPEX budgeting and project coordination experience
• Industrial Engineering knowledge (work study, method study, layout optimization)
• Continuous improvement methodologies: Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma preferred
