Desma Shift Engineer

About the Role

Manage DESMA injection molding machine operations and maintenance, oversee spare parts inventory, and lead the dedicated DESMA maintenance team in a safety footwear manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities

• Manage safe and efficient DESMA machine operation through maintenance and troubleshooting
• Oversee spare parts and consumables inventory
• Coordinate with production planning for optimal scheduling
• Lead and develop the DESMA maintenance team
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years in industrial machine maintenance, preferably with DESMA injection molding
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems
• Condition monitoring experience (vibration analysis, thermography)
• Willingness to work shift-based schedule
