About the Role

Support the Chief Engineer managing hotel facility maintenance, preventive maintenance programs, energy monitoring, and fire/health/safety regulation compliance at a resort property in Aluthgama.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage preventative maintenance, projects, extensions, and renovations
Ensure compliance with fire, health, and safety regulations
Monitor energy usage and implement cost-saving measures
Manage department operations in the Chief Engineer's absence
Prioritize and oversee maintenance requests through qualified technicians

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ideally Electrical or Mechanical)
3-5 years of experience in Engineering Department Management
Strong leadership and people management skills
English language proficiency
Familiarity with hotel operations across departments
