About the Role

Terrace Green Hotel & Spa, Negombo is hiring experienced waiters for their food and beverage team. The role involves serving guests, maintaining service standards, and contributing to a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in accordance with hotel service standards
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver meals and beverages in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and setup of restaurant area
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
• Process billing and payment transactions

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel or restaurant food service required
• Good communication skills
• Professional appearance and service demeanor
• Ability to work in shifts including weekends
