About the Role

Cinnamon Hotel Management Ltd is hiring a Bartender for their Bentota resort property. The role involves preparing and serving cocktails and beverages, engaging guests with bar expertise, and maintaining a vibrant beach resort bar environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to hotel guests
• Create cocktails according to standard recipes and guest preferences
• Maintain bar inventory and stock par levels
• Deliver exceptional customer service and engage with guests
• Ensure bar cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards
• Process billing and payment transactions accurately

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a hotel or resort
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wines
• Strong communication and guest interaction skills
• Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays
