About the Role

Cinnamon Hotel Management Ltd, Bentota is looking for F&B Service Attendants to deliver high-quality food and beverage service to resort guests. The position involves table service, maintaining dining area standards, and supporting the overall restaurant operation.

Responsibilities

• Provide food and beverage service to hotel guests
• Set up and maintain dining areas before and after service
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely delivery
• Handle guest inquiries and special dietary requests
• Follow hygiene and safety protocols at all times

Requirements

• Hospitality or food service background preferred
• Good communication skills
• Professional and guest-friendly approach
• Ability to work in a team environment and in shifts
