About the Role

Chinese Dragon Cafe urgently needs a Food Quality Assurance Manager with 3-5 years of food processing QA experience. The role oversees food safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance across the restaurant's food preparation and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement food quality assurance policies and procedures
• Conduct quality audits and inspections of food preparation areas
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards
• Train kitchen staff on quality and hygiene requirements
• Investigate and resolve quality-related issues
• Maintain QA documentation and reporting

Requirements

• 3-5 years of QA experience in food processing
• Bachelor of Science in Food Science, Microbiology, Food Process Engineering, or comparable qualification
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
