About the Role

Emerald International Pvt Ltd in Panadura seeks a Factory Manager to oversee all operations in their menswear manufacturing facility. The role requires 3-8 years of textile experience and covers production scheduling, cost control, buyer audit coordination, and leading the entire factory workforce.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily factory routines and production schedules
• Monitor production targets and quality standards
• Implement cost-control measures throughout the production process
• Coordinate training programs to enhance production capability
• Ensure compliance with buyer audits and safety protocols
• Manage human resources and subordinate performance reviews

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Textile, or Production Management
• 3-8 years of hands-on manufacturing experience in the textiles or garment industry
• Technical knowledge of knit and woven garment production
• Located in or willing to relocate to Western Province
