About the Role

E-Silk Route Ventures is hiring digital marketing executives to manage SEO, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns for a diverse client portfolio from their Rajagiriya office. The role covers keyword research, technical web audits, paid ad management across Google and social platforms, and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Execute digital marketing optimization and keyword strategies across social media, SEO, and SEM
• Monitor and adjust paid advertising campaigns based on performance data
• Conduct keyword research for SEO, PPC, and SEM campaigns
• Perform technical SEO analysis and web audits
• Generate leads through research, networking, and cold outreach
• Manage multiple client campaigns across different industries simultaneously

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing
• Minimum 1 year of digital marketing experience
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, and LinkedIn Marketing
• Strong SEO knowledge across on-page, off-page, and technical disciplines
