About the Role

Softlogic Energy Solutions Ltd. is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive solar PV system sales across residential, commercial, and industrial market segments. The role involves assessing customer energy needs, proposing tailored solutions, and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

Drive sales strategies for residential, commercial, and industrial solar segments
Assess customer energy needs and propose appropriate solar PV solutions
Foster and maintain long-term client relationships
Develop and execute individual sales plans aligned with targets
Support upsell and cross-sell initiatives within existing accounts
Prepare and present proposals and quotations to prospective clients

Requirements

Partly qualified in Sales or Marketing
More than 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in solar or renewable energy
Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala
Working knowledge of solar PV systems
Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive approach
