About the Role

Lead showroom operations for Hameedia's H Sport lifestyle brand at the Race Course showroom in Colombo 7, driving sales and managing the in-store team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day showroom operations
• Drive sales targets for the H Sport branch
• Lead, motivate, and supervise in-store staff
• Ensure high standards of customer service
• Maintain showroom presentation and visual standards

Requirements

• 2-3 years showroom management or supervisory experience
• Prior experience in lifestyle retail brands (local or overseas preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage teams
• Advanced Level (A/L) education
• Age below 35 years
