About the Role

Oversee daily ODEL showroom operations, drive revenue targets, and lead the sales team across multiple branch locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily showroom operations to high service standards
• Drive sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
• Manage inventory and visual merchandising
• Train, lead, and motivate the sales team
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail sales or showroom management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Customer-focused with passion for retail excellence
• Prior leadership experience (for Manager level)
• Ordinary Level (O/L) education
