About the Role

Lead the Colombo 04 jewelry showroom's day-to-day operations, drive sales growth, manage staff, and deliver exceptional luxury customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day showroom operations
• Supervise and develop showroom staff
• Manage inventory and procurement
• Prepare sales reports and performance metrics
• Coordinate customer service and resolve issues
• Implement visual merchandising standards
• Drive sales growth and execute performance strategies

Requirements

• 3-5 years retail management or luxury retail experience
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Demonstrated sales target achievement
• Customer relationship management expertise
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Fluency in Sinhala and English (Tamil is an advantage)
• Advanced Level (A/L) education minimum
