Shop Manager - Dairy Retail

About the Role

Manage all aspects of a fresh dairy retail shop in Athurugiriya including early-morning milk collection, quality control, customer-facing sales, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily milk collection, storage, distribution, and retail operations
• Coordinate early morning deliveries and handle quality control
• Process retail sales and provide customer service
• Maintain sales, stock, and account records
• Supervise support staff
• Coordinate bulk orders and facility maintenance

Requirements

• GCE Advanced Level (A/L) or equivalent minimum
• Diploma in Business or Retail Management preferred
• Experience in retail, FMCG, dairy, or hospitality
• Availability for early morning operations
• Leadership and problem-solving capabilities
