About the Role

Oversee daily hardware showroom operations, drive sales, lead the team, and manage inventory at Rathna Super Center's Kiribathgoda outlet.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily showroom operations and efficiency
• Drive sales targets through effective strategies
• Lead and motivate the showroom team
• Deliver customer service and resolve concerns
• Monitor inventory and coordinate procurement
• Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising
• Prepare sales reports and performance metrics

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail or showroom experience (hardware preferred)
• Knowledge of hardware tools and building materials
• Diploma level education
• MS Office and POS/Inventory system proficiency
