About the Role

Manage logistics claims and transport operations by reviewing damage/loss incidents, identifying error patterns, and preparing daily and monthly performance reports for senior management.

Responsibilities

• Review damage and loss claims and investigate root causes to determine liability
• Maintain comprehensive claims documentation and gather necessary paperwork
• Identify patterns in logistics errors and provide corrective feedback to operations teams
• Support claims processes to meet departmental KPIs
• Prepare daily operational summaries and monthly performance reports for senior management

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in logistics, management, or a related field
• Prior experience in claims handling, quality assurance, or freight forwarding
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
• Keen attention to detail for claim validation
