Senior Executive - Shipping and Logistics

About the Role

Oversee end-to-end logistics for sea and air shipments, manage customs clearance, coordinate with freight forwarders, and maintain KPI dashboards tracking shipment timelines and costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage import and export sea and air shipments end-to-end
• Coordinate with procurement teams and external logistics partners
• Handle customs documentation and clearance procedures
• Monitor and negotiate freight rates; manage logistics invoicing
• Create and maintain logistics KPI dashboards using Excel and Power BI

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or a related field
• 3-5 years experience in logistics operations, preferably in the apparel sector
• Knowledge of Incoterms, HS codes, and customs procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience preferred
