About the Role
Support and supervise ceramic tile production at Lanka Tiles' flagship Ranala factory, ensuring quality output and efficient manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise production operations at the ceramic tile manufacturing facility
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during production
- Assist the technical team in manufacturing process activities
- Coordinate with shift teams to meet production targets
Requirements
- Technical qualifications in engineering or manufacturing
- Knowledge of ceramic manufacturing processes is advantageous
- Good communication and supervisory skills
