Lead all operations at Biogrow Lanka's coir substrate manufacturing facility in Wariyapola, managing production, quality, and team performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all manufacturing operations at the Wariyapola facility
- Manage production teams and coordinate daily factory activities
- Ensure quality standards for coir substrate products are maintained
- Monitor production targets and implement efficiency improvements
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Requirements
- Relevant engineering or management qualification
- Proven experience in factory or production management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
