Supervise rubber or coconut product manufacturing operations at C.W. Mackie PLC's Colombo 10 facility, managing shift teams and quality output.
Responsibilities
- Supervise production staff and operations on assigned shifts
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
- Monitor and report on production KPIs
- Maintain safety and compliance standards on the production floor
- Coordinate with planning and procurement teams
Requirements
- Relevant technical or engineering qualifications
