About the Role

Supervise detergent and cleaning product manufacturing operations at Antler Industries' Piliyandala production facility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise manufacturing of liquid and powder cleaning products
• Manage production staff and shift operations
• Ensure production meets quality and safety standards
• Monitor production output and report on KPIs
• Maintain MSDS and regulatory compliance documentation

Requirements

• Relevant technical qualifications
• Experience in manufacturing supervision, preferably in chemicals or FMCG
• Good communication and leadership skills
