About the Role
Oversee biscuit production operations at Cherish Biscuits' Anuradhapura manufacturing facility, ensuring quality standards and production efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily biscuit production operations at the Anuradhapura factory
- Manage and assign production staff across shifts
- Ensure food safety, GMP, and hygiene standards are maintained
- Monitor production KPIs and report to management
- Coordinate with quality control team on product standards
Requirements
- Relevant technical or management qualifications
- Experience in food manufacturing supervision
- Knowledge of food safety and GMP standards
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
