Lead QA strategy and team management covering web, mobile, automation, performance, and security testing for a global IT services company.

Responsibilities

• Implement and shape QA processes and strategies across the organisation
• Conduct testing across multiple domains including web, mobile, performance, security, ETL, backend, and data migration
• Manage QA teams within Agile environments serving global clients
• Lead talent development and team motivation initiatives

Requirements

• Analytical and leadership expertise
• Extensive hands-on testing experience across web, mobile, automation, performance, security, and ETL
• Team management experience in Agile settings
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Fluent English proficiency
• UI Automation with Selenium, Java, Cypress, TestNG
• Service Automation with Postman, SoapUI
• CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines
• Performance Testing with WebLoad and JMeter
• Test Management via Azure DevOps
