About the Role
MEP Project Engineer to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design coordination and on-site execution for large-scale premium construction projects in Colombo.
Responsibilities
- Lead coordination with consultants and stakeholders to finalise high-performance MEP designs
- Review designs, specifications, and technical documents for compliance with standards
- Oversee the MEP procurement process including technical evaluation of subcontractors
- Ensure on-site MEP execution aligns with approved designs and project timeline
- Liaise with the broader project team on quality, progress, and stakeholder requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering from a recognised university
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in MEP site engineering and execution
- MEP design experience is an advantage
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
