About the Role

Site engineer role at Hayleys Engineering managing day-to-day civil or mechanical construction site activities across Sri Lanka.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily on-site construction activities
• Ensure all construction work adheres to design specifications and safety standards
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and material suppliers
• Maintain accurate site records and progress reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or NDT/NCT qualification
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience, construction experience preferred
• Willingness to travel to and work from project site locations
