About the Role
Manage digital banking channels and electronic service infrastructure at HDFC Bank's head office in Colombo 2.
Responsibilities
- Manage digital and electronic channels including internet banking, mobile banking, and ATM networks
- Provide IT support for digital banking systems
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for channel uptime and performance
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Professional experience in IT or digital channel management within the banking sector
- Knowledge of digital banking platforms and electronic payment systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
