Branch Manager

About the Role

Lead and manage DFCC Bank branch operations at One Galle Face or Rajagiriya, driving business growth, customer relationships, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operations and ensure operational excellence
• Drive asset, liability, and fee-income targets for the branch
• Manage and mentor branch staff to achieve performance goals
• Acquire new corporate and retail banking relationships
• Ensure full regulatory and policy compliance
• Handle credit proposals and portfolio quality

Requirements

• Degree or professional banking qualification (CASL, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Minimum 5-8 years in banking, with at least 3 years in branch management or senior banking role
• Proven experience in credit, relationship management, and branch operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of CBSL regulations and banking compliance requirements
