About the Role
Entry-level Banking Associate or Contact Centre role for school leavers looking to start a career in Sri Lanka's first Islamic bank.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls at the Contact Centre
- Identify client needs and provide appropriate banking solutions
- Research and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Upsell and cross-sell bank products and services
- Maintain call quality standards for incentive qualification
Requirements
- Passed G.C.E. Ordinary Level examinations
- Passion for pursuing higher education or professional banking qualifications
- Partial or full completion of any certificate or diploma is an added advantage
- Trilingual communication skills (Sinhala, Tamil, English)
- Flexible, customer-focused, and tech-savvy personality
