About the Role

Lead social media advertising strategies and team management for an internationally acclaimed digital marketing agency specializing in travel and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media advertising strategies
• Oversee campaign planning, setup, implementation, and conversion tracking
• Optimize campaigns and budgets through data-driven decision-making
• Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists
• Serve as primary client contact for senior-level stakeholder communication
• Prepare detailed monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent (CIM UK)
• 3-4 years digital marketing experience with social media advertising exposure
• Proven team management and international client portfolio experience
• Strong expertise in performance marketing, analytics, and paid social platforms
• Meta Blueprint and relevant certifications advantageous
