About the Role

Lead project planning and controls for large-scale construction initiatives, establishing robust schedules and performing critical path and delay analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the planning and controls team with 5+ years team leadership
Develop and maintain master project schedules (Level 4/5) using Primavera P6
Conduct critical path analysis and delay analysis for EOT claims
Collaborate with Project Directors on progress reporting and forecasting
Anticipate risks and drive efficiency across massive construction lifecycles

Requirements

Chartered Engineer status (CEng) from a recognized institution (ICE, IEI, or equivalent)
Minimum 15 years in project planning and controls for construction or engineering
At least 5 years managing planning teams
High-rise building and complex structural engineering experience preferred
