Responsibilities

• Lead and manage energy crop plantation operations
• Ensure high productivity and adherence to sustainable practices
• Oversee biomass supply chain for power generation facilities
• Manage plantation workforce and resources
• Report on production metrics and operational progress

Requirements

• Degree in Agriculture, Plantation Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in plantation or agribusiness management
• Experience with energy crops or biomass preferred
• Strong leadership and operational management skills
• Willingness to travel to plantation sites
