Human Resources (HR) Manager

About the Role

Lead the full HR function at Mitshu Marketing covering recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws, and HR records management.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle including vacancy advertising, screening, and onboarding
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
• Maintain HR records and HRIS systems; prepare workforce metrics
• Administer payroll, leave, and benefits coordination
• Support training, performance evaluations, and staff engagement
• Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years HR management experience
• Age 35-50 years
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in regulated environments preferred
