Receptionist and Cashier

About the Role

Manage front-desk operations at Siva Home Care And Medicals, welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, and processing payments at their Colombo 6 facility.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients, visitors, and clients in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Schedule and manage appointments for doctors and therapy services
• Process payments via cash, card, bank transfer, or approved methods
• Maintain front-desk records and assist with administrative tasks

Requirements

• GCE Advanced Level or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in reception, customer service, cashiering, or administration
• Good communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil is an added advantage)
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, accounting software)
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
