Responsibilities

Oversee legal operations and ensure compliance with local laws
Prepare, review, and manage contracts and legal documents
Provide legal advice and consultancy to management
Address property-related legal matters and disputes
Ensure adherence to business and contract laws in real estate transactions
Collaborate across departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions

Requirements

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree or equivalent
Comprehensive knowledge of Business Law and Contract Law
Proficiency in legal consulting and document preparation
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Attorney-at-Law certification preferred
Prior real estate law experience is an asset
